Aww, just as I suspected. Lauren was fibbing. There is a sex tape and it is being sold. Oh, how disappointed I am. I know it’s just a stupid MTV reality show, but I kind of liked this chick. I thought her personality was well-rounded and that she knew how to stand up for herself. Yeah, she was a spoiled brat, but I can’t hate that just because I don’t have it. But I thought this chick wouldn’t be the girl who proclaims there isn’t a sex tape, and then a day later there is one released. That is something Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian would do, not her! But perhaps she is wayy different than she is portrayed on TV… Nonetheless, I’m still disappointed she chose to make a statement claiming there isn’t a tape when there really was.

A rep for SugarDVD.com tells TMZ that they were approached by a third party claiming to have the tape — allegedly featuring Conrad with her “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” co-star Jason Wahler. The rep says the company offered $500,000 for the latest star skin flick — sight unseen. SugarDVD.com reportedly called Wahler’s manager and made him the same offer. According to the SugarDVD source, Wahler’s manager would neither confirm nor deny the that there was a tape. News of the tape’s possible existence was first reported by Perez Hilton. (Source)

Well, there you have it. Official proof that Jason Wahler is a piece of crap. Although, I think everyone already knew that, seeing as how he lied, cheated, and got drunk on a regular basis. But whatever, now they’re both on the same list as Paris and Kim. The gross list.

Superstar Kim Kardashian to Sue Over Sex Tape Release

Kim Kardashian is reportedly taking legal action to prevent the release of the homemade sex tape she made with her then boyfriend, Ray J. Despite the fact that Vivid Video said the “golden shower” would be left out of the full-length DVD, Kardashian insists she had “nothing to do” with the tape’s release.

According to the source, Kim Kardashian plan to file a legal claim in an effort to prevent the release of an X-rated tape featuring Kardashian and her former boyfriend, singer Ray J.

When contacted by Us for comment, Kardashian, 26, a longtime pal of no-stranger-to-homemade-porn Paris Hilton, confirmed the tapes’ existence, but insists she has “nothing to do” with them being made public.

Kardashian tells Usmagazine.com that she is “hurt and embarrassed†about the prospect of the tape being made public. She added that she will be issuing a statement about developments to prevent a planned DVD release. She plans to take legal action as soon as today.

Kardashian, an LA-based stylist and stepsister of The Hills star Brody Jenner, briefly dated Nick Lachey in 2005 and is most recently linked with actor Nick Cannon.
